Finding sustainable ways forward that make sense to you
At different times in our lives, we can find ourselves stuck — carrying thoughts and feelings that have become difficult to hold or navigate. On the outside, things might look fine. Inside, it can feel very different.
You might be going round in circles, unsure how to move forward, no matter how hard you try. Or it might be your relationship with food, your body, yourself or others that's become tangled — hard to explain, sometimes even to yourself.
Therapy offers a steadying space to explore what’s going on for you without judgement or pressure. You don't need to have it all figured out or even know where to begin. We find a starting point together and work out a way froward from there.
People come to see me for a variety of reasons. I enjoy this diversity and welcome all enquiries.
I work with people navigating all kinds of life experiences — not just one specific issue. Sometimes it's a clear difficulty; sometimes it's more a sense of feeling stuck, without quite knowing why. And that’s ok.
I have a tool kit of different approaches - behavioural, humanistic, creative, cognitive and somatic. I draw on what best suits your way of communicating, processing and needs at the time. It’s not your job to fit my tools, it’s for me to adapt my experience and skills in accordance with who you are and what you bring to the space. .
We are all different, and part of my role is to support you in becoming fully and confidently yourself.

Disordered Eating & Eating Disorders
I have particular expertise in supporting people with a difficult or disordered relationship with food or their body. Supporting you to untangle patterns around food, body, and exercise, and to find ways to live more freely.
This includes eating disorders, exercise dependency, and body image concerns.
It doesn't matter what you'd call it, or whether you'd call it anything at all. If your relationship with food or your body feels hard, that's what matters. And that’s what I’m here for.
• Developing a healthier relationship with food & your body
• Negative body image or self-perception
• Navigating food-related stress and “food noise”
• How you feel about, or manage, food or exercise, is starting to affect your life
• Eating disorder recovery (including binge eating, restriction, or other disordered eating patterns)
• Support alongside GLP-1 medication
